The "large", "well-furnished" rooms with 42-inch plasma TVs, Pratesi linens, Bose stereos and Molton Brown products in the "spectacular baths" are the standout feature of this "classy" Magnificent Mile hotel set inside a 1920s-era landmarked building; there's a "sublime" "staff that listens" and a convenient indoor connection to the "high-end" Shops at North Bridge that allows for shopping without "mussing one's hair", but some say the on-site fitness center and the restaurant are "a bit weak."

I enjoyed the contemporary design and friendly staff. The rooms were very large as well. I would have paid twice as much for this room.
I wish they had free internet, but other than that it was great.

Very close to shopping and dining.
I hate the cover hotel beds. The weight of the cover is my issue and there was not any other cover to chose from.
The hotel was very easy to get to. Very comfortable except for linen on bed. Close to all shopping and dining. This is our second stay here and we'll would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ironing board cover was crummy. Difficult to iron my clothes.
Great hotel. Elevators are nice, rooms are super clean and spacious. Really pleased with my stay. Only stayed for 2 nights and wish I could have stayed for more.
